Facercise
I recently came across this new product called Facercise which is a DVD containing a series of facial exercises that claim to help tone and strengthen your facial muscles for a younger and more beautiful look.
Although I am still young and haven't experiences the affects of aging, i thought this was product was pretty interesting. The exercises look hilarious but they look like they could really work at the same time.
I guess is you can train your other muscles, like your biceps, why couldn't you do the same with your face?
Facersice on The Morning Show
Below is the video I saw that talked about the Facercise and showing you some of the exercises and the results you can get from face exercises.
At first glance I was under the impression that Carol Maggio, the inventor of Facercise, had some heavy duty plastic surgery done to her face as it looks amazing - especially considering her age.
But maybe these facial exercises do work. I would think so...and Carol is proof of it.

Above you can see some of the exercises that are included in the Facercise program. And you can see some are pretty goofy looking - so if you are thinking of exercising your face you may want to do it in privacy.

So, how old is Carol. She looks pretty good. I'd try this before, cosmetic surgery.
I can see how some simple facial exercises might help. Thanks for the interesting hub!
Very interesting! I believe this can really work. The face is just like the body; it needs to exercise in order to stay in good shape. :)
