You have probably seen it on TV, the Bender Ball by Leslee Bender is another one of those TV Infomercials that promises sexy abs by performing stability ball workouts that can target your core like no other.

Leslee Bender is an international fitness expert that has over 25 years of experience in Sports Medicine, and has gained a very good reputation for her knowledge and innovations in such field. The Bender Ball is one of Leslee’s famous inventions, which is not just a ball, but a workout program that has been developed to provide you with a very efficient abdominal workout.

Traditional floor crunches limit your exercise movements by restricting backward movement; however, the Bender Ball will allow you to get a complete extension forward and backward so you can achieve a much more efficient ab workout. Together with selective stabilization methods, the bender ball will allow you to train your lower, upper, middle and side abs.

Bender Ball Workout

The Bender Ball workout consists of 2 DVD workout routines: Core Training and The Buns and Thighs workout. As you see, the bender ball can help you get a great ab workout but also train your buns and thighs. You will be working out all the parts “every girl” wants to lean out and tone.

The Core Training sessions is broken into 3 levels of increasing intensity that will target every abdominal muscle. Following this workout, the Buns and Thighs workout is composed of multiple exercises that will not only help tone these areas, but will also keep your core engaged the whole time to continue sculpting your abs.

Leslee also shows some modified versions for each of the more difficult exercises. This is a great way for beginners to start and then work their way up to more advanced versions of the exercises. The commercial shows people actually using the bender ball and how the science works, at the same time it doesn't make any really crazy claims like other products do. Plus, the girls are cute :)

I love the bender ball, but how much per day should I work out?

Personally I don't think you should need more then 15-20 minutes per sessions. If you squeeze your abs really hard on each movement you will feel the burn fast!
